Agile software development is an iterative, flexible approach to software development that prioritises collaboration, customer feedback, and rapid adaptation to change.

It involves breaking down projects into small, manageable tasks called user stories and working on them in short timeframes called sprints.

At the end of each 2 week sprint, we demonstrate the progress and invite feedback.

Agile emphasises continuous improvement, cross-functional teamwork, and delivering a minimum viable product quickly to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
